The messaging module has been redesigned to provide a more agile and intuitive experience. Now, all main options —Compose, Inbox, Sent, Deleted, and Drafts— are located in a single centralized menu, making message management faster and more organized.
With this improvement, all communication tools are available in just one click, allowing more efficient conversation management without interrupting your workflow.

- When accessing from the profile > located in the upper right corner, you will find the “Compose message” option.
- Upon access, audience selection and the “Visible recipients” rule are enabled, allowing you to define whether the recipient list should be shown or hidden.
- After selecting the contacts, continue by defining the subject and the message body. In the Attach Information option, you will find different alternatives to add content:
- YouTube or Vimeo Link: Allows you to attach videos from the YouTube and Vimeo platforms. Only these two types are supported.
- HTML Text: Allows you to add customized content using HTML code.
- Files: Allows you to attach files with any type of extension and a maximum size of 512 MB per file.
- Form: Allows you to add fields to ask questions such as short text, long text, list, or checkbox.
- Google Drive Documents: Add files that you have uploaded to your Google Drive.
- Account Statement: Represents an exact snapshot of the user's account status at the time of sending.
- Account Statement PDF: Allows you to attach a PDF summary of the account statement (details of payments made or pending charges) of the recipient users, according to the configured template.
- Finally, you will find the Message settings, where the corresponding rules and permissions can be configured.
